Hello.

Looking at [devtools panels](https://developer.mozilla.org/Add-ons/WebExtensions/user_interface/devtools_panels) document, I wonder if it is possible to add a panel to the Browser Toolbox too and access browser UI elements? This could allow not just to write custom tools for debugging, but I am thinking about prototyping next level Firefox localization interface, and in this phase it would be perfectly OK to run it from the Browser Toolbox.

There is a chance that this will work (but probably not intentionally) if you install the extension in the `chrome_debugger_profile` profile inside the actual Firefox profile folder.
