# Account restricted from submissions – request for review

Hello,

Since 12 October 2026 every upload from my developer account is answered  
with 403 “not allowed for submissions”. I did not find a notice explaining  
the reason.

My add-ons are small, free utilities with no permissions and no remote  
code; each one is a packaged version of a tool from one of my own sites.  
I understand that submitting several of them in a short time may have  
looked like spam. If that is the reason, I will consolidate them and  
submit far fewer, and I am happy to remove any listing you consider  
low value.

Could you tell me what triggered the restriction and what I need to  
change to have it reviewed?
