Add-on disabled and no response from reviewer

Hi,

My add-on was disabled in September as the reviewer was unable to successfully build the add-on. I provided remediation steps to the reviewer within the timescales requested but I have not been given the opportunity to re-instate my add-on. Please can you help?

The issue was that to build you need to use node 8 with version > 8.9. The reviewer tried with a lower version and also node 10 and neither successfully built.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
