Yes, the review process changed significantly, and now submissions are automatically published. If any issues are found with the submitted version, you will be emailed by the reviewer team.
How long generally it take to send email Is any issue is there or do they even send mail that everything is verified without any issue ?
Reason I’ asking this because, add-on we published through a common email id , so we need to keep monitoring all emails until we make sure everything succeeded at review side. but we don’t know how long we should do it ?
If they find some issue then would they disable this add-on or what action they will take ?

You won’t receive any email if a reviewer looked at your add-on and determined it was okay per our policies. You will be emailed if there are questions about it or it needs to be disabled for some reason.

If the add-on is found to be violating our policies, it will be disabled right away. We’re discussing some changes to the process that would allow a grace period, but that’s in early stages now.
