# Add-On Removed without explanation

I’m having the same issue as Jacob and others here. No emails or notices, only found out because one of my users reached out saying they couldn’t access the extension ([Tweeks](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tweeks/)) anymore.

Edit: Based on the other comments here, I am wondering if the ban might actually be related to an old private add on the account.
