# Add-ons account access

We are attempting to manage Firefox extensions using our Mozilla account, `[apps@viget.com](mailto:apps@viget.com)`, and are running into an error message accessing [https://addons.mozilla.org/api/auth/authenticate-callback:](https://addons.mozilla.org/api/auth/authenticate-callback:)

`{“detail”:“You do not have permission to perform this action.”}`

We are able to access our Mozilla account but not Add-ons specifically. Can you help? Is there something we can do on our end to fix this issue?
