I’ve been waiting for my add-on update to be approved for 10 days. i wonder if a lot of the addons are just spam, and used by SEO firms to add links to their websites in the addon directory listings. i found a load of these and reported them but didnt hear anything back. i wouldnt be surprised if that is partly the cause of the long delays, though i guess the fact ai coding is now here lowers the barriers of entry to creating add-ons so more people may be getting into creating them, and existing addon developers can create more addons with the extra coding power AI brings. so i guess the only solution will be to use more AI power to help moderate and review extension submissions. ---
