# Adobe Flash Player

Hi I’m new here. I need to know what I can use instead of Adobe flash Player. I read the info for add-ons and extensions. FireFox says it’s not safe to use. What do I use then? I sometimes go to websites that require the flash player. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have not had flash installed for almost 2 years now. Most video streaming sites have HTML5 players now. I know some use cases are there like games etc. If you really need flash go ahead and keep it, no other option.

How do i install shockwave on firefox?! I use win 7U! I cunt find it in add-ons menu?! Emty!
