Hello everyone,
I am facing an issue when trying to log into my account on the Firefox Add-ons (AMO) platform.
While I am successfully logged into Firefox with my Mozilla account, as soon as I access the addons website (addons.mozilla.org), it shows that I am disconnected.
When I click to sign in, the authentication flow redirects me but fails at the callback URL with the following permission error:
https://mozilla.org...
Error message: {"detail": "Você não tem permissão para executar essa ação."} (You do not have permission to perform this action)
What I have tried so far to fix it:
- Cleared all site cookies and local storage for Mozilla domains.
- Tested completely without proxy, VPN, or ad-blockers.
- Changed Enhanced Tracking Protection from Strict to Standard.
- Tested on a completely clean profile / private window, but the issue persists.
This appears to be a backend restriction or a server-side permission issue tied to my specific account rather than a local browser configuration.
Could an administrator or reviewer please check if my account is caught in an automated block filter or if there is a flags/permissions issue on my profile?
Thank you in advance for the help!
