Hello Mozilla Add-ons Team,
I am writing to appeal the suspension/closure of my Mozilla developer account.
My account is currently inaccessible, and I can no longer access the developer dashboard or manage my add-on:

The add-on has also been removed from Mozilla Add-ons, and I am unable to access or manage it from my developer account.
I would like to respectfully request a review of this decision.
Lack of notification and unclear reason
I did not receive an email notification explaining that my account had been suspended or disabled, nor did I receive a clear explanation of the specific policy violation that resulted in the account being locked and the add-on being removed.
The reason currently available to me is too general for me to understand what specific part of the add-on or its behavior caused the enforcement action.
I understand and respect Mozilla’s Add-on Policies and the importance of keeping addons.mozilla.org safe and trustworthy. I have reviewed the policies regarding add-on functionality, permissions, source code review, data transmission, security, and other developer requirements.
Based on my review, I have not been able to identify a specific provision that I intentionally violated.
In particular, I would like to clarify that the add-on was developed for its stated functionality and was not intended to collect users’ personal information, perform malicious activities, compromise users’ security, or hide its functionality from Mozilla reviewers.
I also understand that an add-on may be removed if Mozilla determines that it violates applicable policies or legal requirements. If Mozilla has identified such an issue with my add-on, I would appreciate it if you could provide the specific policy section, behavior, or code that caused the enforcement action.
Request for review and opportunity to correct the add-on
I respectfully request that the Mozilla Add-ons Team:
1. Review my developer account and the ZingMP3 Downloader add-on.
2. Provide the specific Mozilla Add-on Policy or other requirement that was determined to have been violated.
3. Explain which functionality or behavior of the add-on caused the violation, if applicable.
4. Restore access to my developer account so that I can review and modify the add-on.
5. If the add-on has policy violations, allow me an opportunity to correct the issues and submit a compliant version for review.
I am fully willing to cooperate with the Mozilla Add-ons Team and make any necessary changes to the extension.
My intention is not to circumvent Mozilla’s policies. If there is functionality that Mozilla considers unacceptable, I would like to understand the specific requirement and modify or remove that functionality accordingly.
I would be grateful if you could review the enforcement decision and reconsider the account suspension, particularly because I did not receive a clear notification explaining the reason for the account lock.
