Be part of the webcompat pre-triaging pilot

Hello Reps!

We are excited to announce a new webcompat pilot that will run through the month of September. During that pilot you will be asked to pre-triage web compatibility bugs and help our amazing team solve compatibility issues from all over the world.

You don’t need to have any previous experience, just love for the web and a GitHub account .

The webcompat team would like to see if contributors can bring significant improvement on already logged issues. This will help on deciding if the pre-triage activity will be released on a global scale.

You can find the guidelines for this pilot experiment, here.

Are you interested? Apply here before Friday 31st of August.

Let us know if you have any questions on the comments.

I think the application form needs to be publicly accessible? It’s currently private!

so sorry about that, fixed now

How to participate without a github.com account?

unfortunately you can’t :frowning:
The webcompat team is working on github to track their issues and organize their work, so in order to help them a github account is needed.

This pilot is only for reps or for all the mozillians?

This is open for all Mozillians. We have the Discourse topic for the Mozillians here.
