BitWarden add-on not showing up in toolbar

Hi there, sorry if this is not the correct forum, but, bitwarden is crucial to my working online, and it seems with the latest firefox 73.0.1 update, it’s disappeared from the toolbar. is this a bug or user error? anyone else experiencing this issue?

Addons enabled but menu links gone

About a week ago, the links to my addons disappeared from my menu bar. Since this is the only place I can access their settings, this renders them pretty unusable. I’ve tried Customize and no options exist for the addons. I’ve tried the refresh Firefox option and that did nothing. I tried deleting and then reinstalling them… still nothing. Will be forced to use Opera if I can’t figure this out. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I did see the post from a few years ago where so…

As is noted there, you could try a toolbar layout reset, or if you are in permanent private mode, make sure the extension is allowed to run in private mode.

Yeah turns out private browsing mode was on permanently, but that wasn’t the only issue. Once that was turned off, only then did it appear in the customization menu, then I was able to drag it up to the toolbar. Hopefully this helps someone in the future.
