Can someone instruct me on how to download jquery?

A tutorial told me to download it from the site and when I click on the specific link to download, i just get what you will see when you click it below

What i get when i click on the jquery file to download

So do i copy and paste that into a new file or save the web page? Am unsure.

you need to link that file to your html file same as you link you your own js and css files

So i just copy and paste it on my editor then as opposed to downloading the web page

Wait, if i link the file from the internet wont that mean i wont be able to access the file if the internet is down?
