I was connected at work, but when I tried connecting at home, the connection times out. I am able to access via gateway.local. Switched wifi connection to a different network and still have the same issue.
There is still something wrong. I have: “Failed to ping registration server”.
Apologies, we suffered an AWS outage and I’m investigating what went wrong. The registration server should be back up now.
All is well. It is now working.
For anyone who is interested, I think I traced the recent two outages to a known stability issue with a particular database version in Amazon Aurora. I’ve since upgraded the affected database instances and hopefully that should prevent similar outages in the future.
