Hello,
I can successfully authenticate with my Mozilla Account, but I cannot sign in to addons.mozilla.org.
After entering my password and verification code, Mozilla Accounts successfully redirects me back to addons.mozilla.org. The AMO authentication callback then returns the following response:

Callback endpoint:
/api/auth/authenticate-callback/
I have reproduced the issue with the same Mozilla Account usingg
- Firefox on macOS
- Firefox private browsing mode
- Safari on macOS
- A separate mobile data connection
Troubleshooting already completed:
- My primary Mozilla Account email address is verified
- I cleared site data and cookies for addons.mozilla.org and Mozilla Accounts
- I tested in a private browsing window
- I tested on different devices and browser engines
- I tested on different network connections
- I reset my Mozilla Account password as instructed by Mozilla Support
Resetting the password did not resolve the issue. Mozilla Account authentication succeeds, but the AMO callback still returns the same permission error.
Because the issue follows the same account across different browsers, devices, and networks, it appears to be an account-specific AMO permission or account-mapping problem.
Could an AMO administrator or staff member please check whether my account is blocked, disabled, or incorrectly mapped in the AMO user database?
I can provide my Mozilla Account email address and other identifying information privately to an authorized Mozilla staff member if required. I have intentionally omitted the OAuth authorization code, state parameter, cookies, and full email address from this public post.
