Many of the scales would align well with trying to capture the spaces where leadership and advocacy happen.
The report is presented in concepts maps than classical item theory. My guess there may have been a tension in the team as to what is appropriate to do with what kind of data…or a programatic reality that many journals and funders would ignore survey data without easily recognizable reliability measures.
Then of course you have the whole camp who believe treating original likert scale data as numerical data in many is an error in itself.
