Contact user who wrote review?

Hi, we got a review from a user who complained about a behavior that we cannot reproduce, but which would be a major bug. Two questions:

  • We have replied to the review, will the user be notified about our reply?
  • Is there any other way we can contact the user, so we can work out how to reproduce the issue?

The review I’m referring to is this one.

Because you can’t communicate more than reply once (and you nor the reviewer get notifications when each edits their statement) I tend to point to the support system I have for an extension when I believe that follow-up may be required.
