# Deadline extended: Our Voices competition now open until 19th October

Hello everyone!

In response to popular demand for an extension, we are extending the deadline for Our Voices Model and Methods competition.

Entries must use Common Voice data. The categories are:

1. A Model (eg speech-to-text) optimised for GENDER

2. A Model (eg speech-to-text) optimised for an under-served LANGUAGE, VARIANT or ACCENT

3. A Methodology or Measure that addresses BIAS in speech/voice AI

4. Open Call - anything else related to bias in speech/voice AI
