i think it would be nice to has some design concept on the course like
should we use single css file or many and what the best way to split it
same thing for js maybe have design pattern course and UML
maybe have a sub category that allow us to have feature request that add a vote to the top of the post automatically so people vote for it so the more vote it get mean that feature is required by many
