Hi I have the pin number but and have tried to enter as 123-45-678 and 12345678 (NOT REAL PIN NUMBER) but both times the gateway reports Incorrect PIN
Is the device paired with anything else, I.e. an iOS device? If so, it needs to be unpaired.

Yes I have tried to hard reset but didn’t work maybe destined not to work
Well it must be the add-on as I could get it paired with a Iphone with the pin number and working.
