I am looking at developing some basic add-ons with the Experiments:submit_themes permission and I would like to submit them to AMO or even to sign them for Nightly/Developer edition users.
Per https://github.com/mozilla/addons-linter/issues/2166 this should now be possible if we have the permission.
How can we go about getting the permission?
Edit: Signing is not allowed for this permission.
