How to build my own raspberry pi boot image for the gateway from a forked repo?

Hello Team,
I would like to know, how can i build my own bootable image for my raspberry pi similar to the Getting started guide from my own forked gateway repository, Please assist.

is there any document available, How bootable image can be built from the source code ?

Thanks for the reference, after executing the command and after long process, I am getting the below error

The machine i am using is ubuntu 18.04, pls help

sudo modprobe loop

Run the build script again after that.
