# How to connect extension to other windows programs

how can send message from extension to other programs in windows  
is it possible to make localhost and connect extension to another software with it?  
any simple idea will accept

thanks for response  
it is a bit complicated . i have an script with autoit  
do i need make another manifest (app manifest) and put it beside my script and make 2 keys in registery ?
