IoS Lockbox app will not sync with Mozilla desktop saved passwords

To rule out common issues I have:

  1. Enabled sync of logins in desktop sync settings
  2. Have pulled down for auto-sync in the app
  3. Have manually pressed the sync button on the desktop
  4. Have waited at least 12 minutes

Can someone explain why this is happening / what I can do?

Sorry to hear! Can you please try one last thing in the iOS app and:

  1. Open the Settings screen
  2. Browse to the “Account” settings
  3. Click the “Disconnect” button to sign out
  4. Close the app and re-open it
  5. Sign in to your account again

And then please let us know if your entries synchronize and appear in the app…
