# Issue about API Credentials confirmation

Hi,
Few weeks ago, In Developer Hub, I requested to enable the API keys in Tools \> Manage API Keys
I got this message:
> API Credentials
>
> A confirmation link will be sent to your email address. After confirmation you will find your API keys on this page.
But I didn’t got anything. Is there a wait list or some issue happens? How can I resolve this?

I just tested this and I received the confirmation email almost immediately. What happens when you visit the [Manage API Keys](https://addons.mozilla.org/developers/addon/api/key/) now? Since a decent amount of time has passed, I would hope/expect that you’d be able to send another email. If that doesn’t work, hopefully @Christos can help.

Hey,
When I visit the “Manage API Keys” page, this is all I see.
I haven’t received any email, and there’s no option to resend it.

Can we get support on this? It seems like a recurring problem for a fair number of people. Without API keys, we cannot automate releases.
