Hi, I’m looking for some study/report with a list of languages ranked by how well they are digitized. By digitized I mean different tools that are available in that language, e.g. text-to-speech, voice recognition, spell checker, OCR, etc. If you know of such a study, please let me know.

A couple of ideas off the top of my head: The paper Digital Language Death by András Kornai. In addition for European languages there is a whitepaper series produced by a grant from the European Union.
