Login to new platform mistake

Hi all,

I’ve upgraded to the new .io platform. I thought I could use a different email-address which was more convenient. But now the domain is registered to an emailaddress that isn’t recognised. Logging in with the previous email-adress doesn’t work anymore. So now I can’t use the platform!

Can someone please suggest how I can solve this problem? Thanks very, very much in advance for your help. Danielle

No domains were automatically transferred from the old infrastructure to the new, so if the subdomain is marked as unavailable, that means someone else probably already took it.
