Mozilla Support Account


Can someone please help me! I’m trying to log into my “Mozilla support account” This is a different ACCOUNT then my Firefox account. I have no problem signing in to my FIREFOX account. My “Mozilla support account” keeps telling me my password is wrong, which it isn’t. I have no way of getting help for Firefox unless I can log into my Mozilla Support Account.

it’s only after my password is reset that I get this message.

“Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields are case-sensitive”
