Mozilla website is not so responsive

Hello.
Today, Firefox showed me that a refresh can speed it up. So it took me to this website https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems#, but the refresh button is not working at all. Then the option 2 said that about:support also has a refresh button, but there was nothing like that in that page.

Second, I want to change my account pic for Mozilla account, but https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/edit has no option to change it. The bluish dummy avatar above Display name is not clickable too.

Using Firefox(LTS) on Debian 10.

The button worked at least for me. You could also find the refresh button on top right corner of the about:support page.

Second, I want to change my account pic for Mozilla account

SUMO is using Firefox Account right now. So, if you would like to change your avatar, please go to your Firefox Account’s setting and change it from there.
