# My Add-On has been stuck in awaiting review. Please help

Hi, and thanks for reaching out, and I am really sorry for the wait.

One quick clarification on the 24 to 48 hours: that window is how long an approved version takes to roll out to users, not how long the review itself takes. Manual reviews don’t have a fixed timeline.

We’ve seen a large influx of new submissions lately, which has stretched review times. I am not able to give you an exact date, and unfortunately, resubmitting or following up doesn’t move an add-on up the queue.

I do understand the urgency. Your add-on is in the queue, and it will be reviewed.
