I get my faxes sent to my email and there are about 20 different fax numbers that show up. The thing is, the fax numbers show up in the subject line because they are all coming from the same source (the fax program). If that makes any sense? I just want a way to be able to automatically show a name to the faxes. I don’t want them to go to different folders.
Like, is there a way to add a filter that when the subject line says “555-5555”, it will automatically show up as a name (John) that I create for it in another column? Is there some sort of add-on for this? I’ve tried Header Tools Lite, but it doesn’t automatically change the subject line, it lets you do it after you’ve received it.
