# New Mozilla Account cannot access AMO Developer Hub

**New Mozilla Account cannot access AMO Developer Hub**

Hello Mozilla Add-ons team,

I have a regular Mozilla Account and I am trying to submit my first Firefox theme.

According to the Mozilla documentation, a separate developer account is not required because AMO developer accounts are integrated with Mozilla Accounts.

However, when I try to sign in to [addons.mozilla.org](http://addons.mozilla.org), authentication succeeds and I am then shown:

`{"detail":"You do not have permission to perform this action."}`

I have never submitted an add-on or theme before, so I do not have an existing AMO add-on ID.

Could you please check whether my Mozilla Account is incorrectly restricted or whether it is affected by an AMO account/permission issue?

I would like to submit a simple Firefox theme for self-distribution and obtain the Mozilla signature.
