I noticed that addons like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/new-tab-context/ and https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/new-tab-beside/ on firefox 63 dont get focus on the adress bar anymore. Is this due to a limitation on webextension api or is it something else? How could you regain focus on the address bar? Thank you.

Seems like this problem is due to this bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1485307 that they are going to fix hopefully soon as it’s marked with P1.
