Problem with Remote access

Hello,
I have problems with the remote access to my gateway.
The problem ist that the remote access works until 10days.
Afterwards it cant find the server anymore.
The connection to the server in the network is given without the url.
It works with the local ip.

I‘m using the rasp pi 4

Silly question, but have you tried restarting your gateway? It’s possible that something got into a bad state.

yes, for severel times.
I reinstalled the Gateway for 3 times. The problem always appears after 10 days. :confused:
