Just upgraded TBird…just lost my clippings…geez thanks.
  Now trying to install an add-on???? Any ideas?

Yes, but past years updates have not remove clippings… why now?

Yes looked at that. Download ok. Select Add-ons, says NO add-on settings found.

Clippings 5.6 works here in TB 60.4. The settings are under Tools/Add-on Options. Uninstall the older version of Clippings before installing 5.6.
