Hi, My theme https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/theme/elegant-blue-accent/edit was rejected stating “duplicate” in the email I received for the same. Can I understand whose duplicate was my theme?
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hippie-vintage-227157/?src=ss My original updated to remove the black band on the top
Because of the new static themes and the new review queue I was unsure about certain things and accidentally approved a duplicate. Sorry! I’ll know better next time.
Okay, I don’t know what is going on but just a bit ago I approved a design that I didn’t see on the designer’s profile page yet apparently there was already one online.
in the case of these 2 authors, they used the same background, but then set the tabs color differently, so I do not know if these themes can be considered duplicates …?
To direct the revisions in the future, I would like to know if the 3 themes of this author can be considered duplicates thanks
Thanks, @candelora! These are ok – no need to reject for duplicates in this instance. It’s ok for theme designers to submit a couple of different variations of their themes.
Thanks @candelora! I think these two are ok – there’s enough of a difference between these two themes that they can remain up.
