We have updated the Reps application criteria to be more specific and easier to read. There are no major changes, apart from additional mozillians.org info we request from applicants. You can read the new version here on the Selection Criteria wiki.

Can be another idea but I think that we can see now with this new criteria in the next month and evaluate if it is necessary because the problem before was missing info from the applicant about their experience in community and their reason of application and we can have probably the same issue on the video.
