# Speed dials all gone!

My FVD Speed dials are all gone on Firefox! Just happened today. How do I get them back? I have no backup. Never knew they could be backed up until today.

Did your Firefox reset (run the Refresh feature)? That moves your old data to your desktop in a folder named Old Firefox Data.

There’s no Old Firefox Data folder on my desktop. Any other suggestions?

Did you lose any other data?

Were there any events related to the extension that could explain losing its data, for example, uninstall/reinstall or utility software cleaning up your Firefox folders?
