# Statistics Dashboard Update Frequency

Hi,

I see that the statistics dashboard of my add-on hasn’t been updated since September 7. I need the statistics afterwards, since it got reviewed sometime after 7th and I wanted to see the increase in downloads now that it became public.

Can anyone explain what the deal is here? How often is it updated? Is there any other way to know the number of downloads / daily users?

There is a bug and they are dealing with it.
