Can you tell me if this site is legit? They say that developers keep 100% of the income. I didn’t see any ads on their website, but they claim that they earn from the growth of the website.

As a Mozilla employee, I cannot provide any insight into whether this is legit, as it’s not something I’m experienced in.
As an individual developer, I would do my research to figure out whether it’s legit or not. Trustpilot is a great website with many crowdsourced reviews. Other websites also look for that, and I might have asked some AI clients to do deep research to figure out who’s behind it.
Quick question: did this come from a Firefox add-on as a pop-up, or did you register for an add-on and receive it in your email?
Today I saw that my extension was approved, very fast by the way in 3 days, for which I thank you very much. Then I went to my email and saw that these guys want to promote the extension. It’s new and there is no way they can find it, unless they search on purpose for new extension in mozilla. It all looks very suspicious to me. Also I found trustpilot reviews for similar domain with only the first word “sell” instead of “deal” and all people say that they put on hold payments and they never receive anything.
Authors of popular extensions receives email like this on a weekly bases and it’s all spam, scam, malware, affiliate fraud, reviews manipulation, or something similar, opening my spam folder reveals 3 shady offers from just days apart:
They know we are poor, desperate to make a buck from our hard work, and they offer easy solutions.
