As a long-time firefox/thunderbird fan, I am frustrated with mozilla. I can’t find a place to report bugs, or at least view progress on bugs. I read about community goals in a blog post but see no details or plans to achieve it. Being open about development of the product is probably the bottom line in building community. My 2¢
