Is there a theme that changes the font of text on pages? Maybe color changes and/or sizes too? Thank you.

Changing web content is more of the job of an extension, rather than a theme. I don’t know of any specific extensions that do this, but I know there are several. Depends on what you’re trying to do. Also, Firefox already supports zooming in on pages.
