I am the developer of [this plugin](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/refresh-web-page-regularly/)  
And What can I do to eliminate this tip？

Nothing to be done 🙂, all extensions have that warning 😃

Well, not all, only 99.65% of them 😃

In any case, if you could get rid of the “Access your data for all websites” permission, it could attract more people. You should be able to do a lot with `activeTab` permission, or maybe just the `tabs` permission. Or make the host permissions optional (although that’s a lot of work).
