I can’t seem to remove the trash files in the profiles as suggested. Also, every time I move an item out of my inbox into a local folder it will put a copy of it in the local folder but will leave the item in the inbox with a strike through in it. Whenever I try to delete something from inbox or trash it leaves the item there with a strike through in it. I followed the instructions by finding the profiles folder in the trouble shoot information and deleted the two trash files from it. But when I go back into Thunderbird the same trash box is still there with all the items still in it. I’d appreciate any help in resolving this issue. -thanks
Deleting files in the OS is rarely a solution to anything. What is the URL of the instructions you were using?
