# TotalQuickFilter 3.2 addon causing Thunderbird locked with blank window

Reporting a problem where use of TotalQuickFilter 3.2 is causing  
Thunderbird 38.6.0 to be locked into a blank set of panels under Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit, Version 1511, OS Build 10586.104, on a Dell E6510 Latitude Laptop. See the uploaded blank Thunderbird panels image link below for a look at the blank Thunderbird window that shows with this problem. In addition to the Thunderbird window presenting as blank, other menu options, such as “Tools \> Addons” do not respond with any resulting panel being displayed.

I was able to isolate the problem to TotalQuickFilter by using the “Help \> Restart with Addons disabled” to restart Thunderbird repetitively experimenting with disabling addons until I found that disabling TotalQuickFilter will allow a normal Thunderbird start and functionality and enabling it returns to the problem blank panels.

At this point, I am unable to resume using TotalQuickFilter because it makes Thunderbird inoperable.
