Mozilla Account Support directed me to post my request in this forum.
We recently received an AMO enforcement notification concerning our extension:
Add-on: Video Downloader VeeVee
Public AMO add-on ID: 2776161
The notification provides a link to submit an appeal, but accessing that link requires signing in with the associated developer account. Although we can complete the Mozilla Account sign-in process, access to AMO and the appeal form is denied. As a result, we are unable to use the appeal procedure provided in the notification.
We have reviewed and updated the extension based on Mozilla’s current Add-on Policies. We would like to access the official appeal process and receive further instructions from the AMO team.
Could a member of the AMO team please contact me privately and help restore sufficient access to the appeal form, or provide an alternative private channel for submitting the appeal?
I can provide the developer account email, decision reference, appeal URL, screenshots, and other relevant information privately.
