Unable to log in into my developer account

Hello,

I’m trying to access my developer account to submit a personal extension, but I’m getting this error message, saying that I don’t have permission to perform the action, I’m very confused since I never logged in to the developer account, so I don’t know what’s that about.

I’ve searched through my emails to see if the account was restricted or something, but I didn’t find anything there.
