The most current Firefox version does not allow Wall Street Journal subscribers to see/post comments on www.wsj.com. I verified that this is a Firefox issue by using Chrome to access www.wsj.com . With Chrome I was able to post comments on www.wsj.com. Someone needs to contact Wall Street Journal tech support, to find out how to fix this.
On a related comment, is there no way to streamline the process for reporting problems? The process seems to have been designed by “gamers”: the harder it is to make a report, the happier they are. I want to make a report and do other things, not hack my way through all sorts of useless web pages, that are not in the slightest relevant.
