Web Signer error: MISSING_WEBSIGNE_DIV

Hi,

We have a user who’s experiencing issues with the Gemalto extension. The user needs this to sign into their Barclays account using a Biometric scanner. Previously they used IE and this plugin was needed(The biometric scanner should pop-up when you click sign in).

Barclays recommend using Firefox and this extension however the gets the following error - Web Signer error: MISSING_WEBSIGNER_DIV No Web Signer div present in the source page

Any assistance would be highly appreciated

You are referring to https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/gemalto-websigner-for-barclays/ ?
