[Action Needed] Community Meeting Survey

Hello SUMO nation,

We want to understand the value of our community meeting. As you might know, we’ve been doing it every Wednesday at 17:00 UTC and now we want to know how we can improve it. Please help us by filling out this survey and share it with the community!

Hello everyone,

First of all, let me say thank you for everyone who has filled out the survey and those who give their feedback to us personally. Your inputs have been really valuable for us to evaluate our community meeting.

You can take a look at the results here. Based on the survey results, we also agree to made some recommendations:

  • Try to change the cadence to bi-weekly or monthly
  • Invite more staff to give updates about the products that are relevant for the community
  • Give more recognition and engage through questions that can ignite more discussion
  • Plan ahead of time
  • Send calendar invitation for the community member

We will start to implement some of these recommendations immediately. If you still have other ideas that you want to share, we’re all ears! (:
